Tips For 3rd Eye Flexibility
Hi again!
Oh the world of flexibility. It is hard enough to gain flexibility in your physical body and now you have to gain it in your energy of the 3rd eye. Whew! That is a whole other workout that many have been closed off to for awhile. However, no worries, it is like riding a bike. You know how to do it.
