Let's get the energy acclimated to the feeling of 4th dimension 'again' as you will be going back and forth (no pun intended).
If you saw a body of water and you knew that you had to get from one side of that body of water to the other side of that body of water in order to reach land, how would you get there? Yes, a bridge. This is all about the bridge from 4th to 5th and 5th to 4th because it does take time to fully arrive at full 5D. Enjoy!

Explanation of 3D
Howdy!
Look how we keep meeting up! Who knew we would travel these dimensions together yet here we are, doing it together.
Truth be told; I absolutely despise being in the 3D energy and this video was super irritating for me to do because I had to 'drop down' vibrationally in order to display ethically how 3D energy feels.
If you are truly tapped in you will be able to notice a difference in the frequencies from the video of 5D to 4D then to 3D. You should notice it, if not, go back and re-watch until you actually 'see' and 'feel' it.
This is a place you want to make sure you move past instead of being stuck. 3D is the past and it is time to get your mind, body and energy to let go.

Howdy!
Surprise! 5D is so much fun because we are constantly adding new energies into our system in order to upgrade so there is no true 'end' to how high our energy can go. Due to that truth then one of the 5D pregnancy symptoms is the face breaking out into these tiny little rashes or bumps. Those rashes or bumps can also be on the body from an overload of energy that is having a harder time clearing the body quickly.
Lucky for you, you are able to enjoy this high vibration video to help give that energy a push through the system. Enjoy!

Yes! Even if you 'mentally' know what 5D is you will definitely want to reinforce that 'mental knowing' with the energetic installs of this course.
There is no 'physical' homework. There is one handout with some information & suggestions that may help you move through the physical experience of the 5D ascension process.
This is an auditory install course of the energies; therefore this course is great to have on when you are cleaning the house, playing it as you fall asleep, working out at the gym or whatever you feel is right for you. Just let the videos play so you receive in the energies through the words being spoken. No mental understanding or focus is necessary, just allow it to move through your subconscious.
