In this course we will cover what Fear is and how it manifests in your life
In addition, we will take a look at three types of beliefs and how they have impacted your life
We will also talk about how your life balance is terms of Comfort, Stretch and Panic zones and determine how fears and Beliefs have impacted your inner peace.
In addition we will work through a process to handle your fears, and find a new process to reduce your anxiety.
Once we have identified the 3 types of beliefs we look at how you can change those beliefs
