“The only real valuable thing is intuition.”-Albert Einstein
This course is a 21-week Archetypal Journey using the Major Arcana as Guides.
At the end of 21 weeks, you will receive a Certificate of Completion from Beautiful Momma Tarot and apply for Accreditation in the Art of Healing.
All of these courses and their Major Arcana Guides are set up as Pocket Courses so that the focus is on manifesting the power of the Tarot Cards through Art.
This first Pocket Course is guided by The High Priestess and is about Inner Knowing or what is commonly referred to as Intuition.
The more we learn to listen to this still voice the more we are able the hear the thunder of its guidance. The intention of the High Priestess is to align us with our soul purpose and guide us to our higher self. Our Intuition falls under our Psychic ability of Clair-senses.
All of us are Psychic to one degree or another and the more we use this gift, the more our intuition and psychism grow. As we create in the lesson we will be tapping into the clairs.
Meet the Clairs: Clairaudience (clear hearing) Clairvoyance (clear seeing) Clairsentience ( clear physical feeling) Clairgustance (clear tasting) Claircognizance (clear knowing) Clairsalience (clear smelling)
As you are creating, allow for quiet reflection, allow for the High Priestess to guide you using your inner voice and clair senses to grow your intuition.
Using midfulness, create a quite and relaxed atmosphere for your mind, entering into this space provides a massive effect on your mental health. Love and Splashes of Paint Dalenay

Creating Art takes courage, each Art of Wellness lesson we do takes a moment of courage because we step outside our comfort zone.
The more we do it the more empowered we are to know that there is nothing we can not do.
Creativity is important to health and should be a healthy habit like eating well and exercising. Creativity is important to remain healthy and connected to yourself and to the collective world.
There are no rules to starting a practice, just remember to stay focused on the making and let go of expectations. Art, like writing and listening to music has been linked to an improved immune system response.
Making Art is both meditative and nourishing. Smithsonian Magazine says that making art as a form of mental health treatment dates back to the mid-20th century, helping soldiers that returned from the battlefields of World War II.
Art Therapy has been used to treat trauma, PTSD, and has been introduced to cancer patients, aging seniors, and patients with eating disorders. Starting a healthy Art Habit, like beginning an exercise routine takes about 3 weeks to establish.
That is why the Major Arcana of the Tarot deck fits so well into establishing a weekly art habit focused around you as 0 The Fool on a Fools Journey to a healthy habit of creating art using each of the Major Mentors as your guides.
You will establish a Wellness practice as you work your way through the class lessons and prompts. Each Tarot Portrait within each lesson will guide you to explore your Spiritual Self through a combination of Art, Affirmations, and the healing influence of the creative process.
The greater purpose of this course and the 21-week Process is to harness your Creativity for Healing and Wellness and incorporate it as a daily/weekly practice with the Tarot Cards for greater guidance and faithful happiness.
It is scientifically proven that art can have a positive effect on our mood and improve our mental health. Art is a transformative experience that has a physical impact on our well-being.
Just the experience of looking at art can make long-term changes to our brains. Art is to be experienced, whether that is in the creation or from an interaction. Studies show that it affects us on a sensory, emotional, cognitive, and even spiritual level.
It should be no surprise that creating art helps process feelings, reduces stress and anxiety, and can even increase self-esteem.
